Hi, I’m sophie.

I’m an Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 7 years of clinical experience and over four years working in aesthetic medicine.

Alongside running my own businesses, I am also a qualified teacher and assessor and currently completing my Level 5 Teaching Qualification and my VTCT Level 7 in Aesthetic Medicine.

I’m also proud to be the Regional Lead for the East Midlands Nurses Network, supporting aesthetic nurses with professional development and community.

But my journey into business wasn’t straightforward.

Learning was something I struggled with from a young age. School never felt easy and I often doubted my abilities.

When I discovered aesthetics and entrepreneurship, everything changed.

For the first time, I was learning something I truly loved - and I realised that when you understand how your brain works, you can train yourself to learn in ways that actually work for you.

MY BUSINESS STORY

Early in my aesthetic career, I made what many people would call a risky decision.

I left my job with just 20 clients, a mortgage, no savings and as a single mum.

Looking back, it was terrifying - but it became the most transformational year of my life. Within two years I had:

Built my client base from 0 to 275 clients.

Created a business where one third of clients return monthly.

Developed multiple income streams across aesthetics, education and mentoring.

Learned how to market effectively and attract ideal clients.

Built a sustainable business that provides stability and freedom.

Today I run three businesses across aesthetics, education and mentorship.

I’ve made mistakes, taken risks and learned many lessons the hard way. Now I share that experience to help others build their businesses faster and with more confidence.

    These sessions are limited and application based to ensure the highest level of support.
