HOW DOES THE SKINCARE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORK?

  • Whether you’re a complete novice to skincare, a life-long soap and water user or feeling like you’re not getting the best out of your current skincare regime and its just not doing what its says on the bottle, the best thing to do is book a skincare consultation via our bookings page under consultations.

    It’s most likely that your skin is not getting the important vitamins and ingredients it needs to be healthy and glowing or you're over complicating your routine, but don’t worry because we can help you!

    Please make sure to arrive at your consultation make-up free where possible.

  • Together we will discuss your current skin regime if one is in place, discuss your main skin concerns and establish your skin type and skin condition.

    We will then dive into discovering the exact ingredients your skin needs for optimum skin health, anti-ageing and to address your skin concerns. Helping you understand your skin better and what is beneficial and non-beneficial is key to the consultation and something we love to do with our patients.

    In clinic we use Alumier MD Medical Grade Skincare for in clinic treatments and for home care for our patients.

  • An AlumierMD account will be created for you and an email sent so you can activate your account from Alumier.

    Your personalised skincare prescription will be sent to you via email for you to view and order all of your products and them be delivered free of charge to your chosen address. We do keep some products in clinic so you may be able to purchase your products at your appointment!

    We recommend a personalised Alumier MD Medical grade skincare regime alongside all in clinic treatments to enhance your treatments and ensure your skin is prepared and maintained to address your skin type, skin concern and as an important factor in ageing and skin health. 

    Every 3 months we like to review or patients, and re-assess their skin. Your prescriptions can be altered or new products can be added.
