Chaos to Clarity Mentorship Agreement
This Agreement is made between MediSkin by SMG (“Mentor”) and the undersigned individual (“Mentee”).
By purchasing or enrolling in the Chaos to Clarity Mentorship, the Mentee confirms they have read, understood and agree to the following terms.
Programme Overview
The Chaos to Clarity Mentorship is a 3-month private business mentorship programme designed to support the Mentee in developing clarity, strategy, organisation and growth within their business.
The programme includes:
• Six (6) private 1-hour mentoring sessions
• Sessions typically scheduled every two weeks
• WhatsApp access for guidance and accountability between sessions
• Strategic support and business mentoring
The mentorship period lasts 12 weeks from the programme start date unless otherwise agreed.
All sessions must be used within this period.
Investment & Payment
The total investment for the mentorship is:
£2,400
Payment options include:
• Pay in full prior to programme commencement.
• Three monthly instalments of £800.
All payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of the mentorship.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of mentoring services and the reservation of time, all payments are non-refundable.
By purchasing the mentorship, the Mentee confirms their commitment to the full programme.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early withdrawal.
Scheduling & Attendance
The Mentee is responsible for scheduling mentoring sessions using the booking link provided.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule sessions.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.
Communication & Support
The Mentee will have access to WhatsApp communication with the Mentor throughout the mentorship period for guidance and support relating to the programme.
The Mentor will respond within a reasonable timeframe during normal working hours.
WhatsApp communication does not constitute 24-hour availability, and responses may not be provided during evenings, weekends or outside of reasonable working hours.
Responsibility & Outcomes
The Mentor provides guidance, strategy and mentorship based on professional knowledge and experience.
However, the success of the Mentee’s business depends on many factors including implementation, effort, decision-making and external circumstances.
For this reason, specific business results, financial outcomes or growth cannot be guaranteed.
The Mentee accepts full responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed.
Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, frameworks, systems, templates and business methodologies shared during the mentorship remain the intellectual property of the Mentor.
These resources are provided solely for the Mentee’s personal business use.
They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, taught, distributed or commercially used without written permission from the Mentor.
Non-Replication Clause
The Mentee agrees not to replicate, reproduce or create similar mentoring programmes, frameworks or services based on the Mentor’s methodologies, materials or intellectual property.
The Mentor’s systems, frameworks and business methods are proprietary and protected.
Confidentiality
Both Mentor and Mentee agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the mentorship.
Business strategies, personal information and proprietary materials must not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Mentor shall not be held liable for any losses, damages or business outcomes resulting from decisions made by the Mentee or the implementation of mentorship guidance.
The Mentee remains fully responsible for their own business decisions and actions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
