During this six-hour one-to-one session, we will work together in depth to refine your business strategy, implement key systems and create clear momentum in your business tailored to you and your business.
This is not a traditional coaching session.
It is a dedicated implementation day where we focus on taking action, solving challenges and building the structure needed to support your next stage of growth.
Your session will include:
• A personalised business roadmap
• Six hours of focused strategy and implementation
• Marketing and growth strategy tailored to your business
• Support with systems, structure and client acquisition
• Accountability and guidance throughout the day
Following the session you will also receive:
• 7 days of WhatsApp support
• A 14-day accountability check-in to review progress
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person in Nottinghamshire (preferred), with additional UK locations available on request with an additional fee.
Because these sessions are highly personalised, only a limited number are available each month.
